1. General
By purchasing a digital product from Kayla's Crafts you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before completing your purchase. Kayla's Crafts reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Digital Products
All products sold through Kayla's Crafts are digital downloads. This includes but is not limited to digital files images prompts templates and any other downloadable content. Due to the nature of digital products all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a digital product has been purchased and delivered.
3. Delivery of Digital Products
Upon completing your purchase your digital product will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is typically instant or within a few minutes of purchase. Please check your spam or junk folder immediately if you do not see your download email in your inbox. Kayla's Crafts is not responsible for digital delivery emails that are filtered into spam or junk folders by your email provider. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure their email address is entered correctly at checkout. Kayla's Crafts is not responsible for non delivery caused by an incorrect email address entered at the time of purchase.
4. No Refunds Policy
Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital product delivery all sales are completely final. We do not offer refunds exchanges or returns on any digital products under any circumstances once the product has been delivered. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and accept this policy.
5. License and Permitted Use
Upon purchase you are granted a single user personal non commercial license to use the digital product for your own personal use only. You may not resell redistribute share upload or claim ownership of any digital product purchased from Kayla's Crafts. Any unauthorized use reproduction or distribution of our digital products is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
6. Intellectual Property
All digital products sold by Kayla's Crafts are the intellectual property of Kayla's Crafts. All rights are reserved. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to the buyer.
7. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue with your download please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will do our best to resolve the issue and resend your product. Kayla's Crafts is not responsible for technical issues caused by your device software or internet connection.
8. Spam and Email Filtering
Kayla's Crafts sends all order confirmations and digital product delivery emails automatically. If you do not receive your email please take the following steps before contacting support. Check your spam folder. Check your junk folder. Check your promotions tab if you use Gmail. Search your inbox for emails from Kayla's Crafts. Kayla's Crafts is not responsible for emails filtered by your email provider. Always check your spam folder first.
9. Limitation of Liability
Kayla's Crafts shall not be held liable for any indirect incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our digital products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the digital product in question.
